MONIN MARLENKA® syrup was created in collaboration with the renowned syrup producer MONIN to bring the flavor of the traditional honey cake into the world of coffee and dessert beverages. It was developed with a strong focus on perfect harmony with espresso, transforming your cappuccino or latte into a velvety-smooth, dessert-style experience with the feel of a professional coffee shop. Its refined character also shines in milkshakes and seasonal sweet drinks.

Our story includes a pioneer of coffee consumption in the Czech lands, the Armenian Georgius Deodatus Damascenus, who opened the first coffee shop in Prague in 1704. We want to continue this tradition and are bringing you original MARLENKA café Crema coffee. The story of our coffee began to be written soon after honey cake Marlenka became popular. At the beginning, the idea was a high-quality coffee blend with specific properties, from which delicious coffee could be prepared ideally complementing the original taste of Marlenka cakes. And because, despite great efforts, we could not find an already available coffee with the desired properties, we set about developing it ourselves.
Many years of effort paid off and we can now offer customers original MARLENKA coffee with unique properties. MARLENKA café Crema is a balanced coffee with a refined taste for every occasion. It is a high-quality blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, roasted according to a traditional recipe of experienced Italian masters. In its refined taste you will find hints of nuts, cream and chocolate. Thanks to its fine-tuned character, it perfectly complements the taste of honey cakes MARLENKA and is intended to be drunk as an accompaniment to them.
