Honeybush, also known as honey bush, gives the tea a naturally sweet, subtly honeyed flavour, while lemon balm adds a fresh citrus note and thyme brings a pleasant herbal aroma with a delicate hint of spice. Thyme is one of the traditional herbs enjoyed in Armenian cuisine, creating a beautiful connection to MARLENKA’s roots. The traditional family recipe used to make the iconic MARLENKA® honey cakes to this day originates in Armenia.
