MIRACLE OF HONEY

Honey cakes MARLENKA® are made according to an ancient Armenian family recipe and are today already a legend. The roots of the honey cake reach back to the beginning of the first millennium. Each family in Armenia had its own production method, passed down from generation to generation. Thanks to this, we can still produce the MIRACLE OF HONEY according to the original recipe, the exact wording of which is our production secret.

The uniqueness of the cake lies not only in its unmistakable delicious taste but also in its characteristic square shape, which clearly distinguishes it from similar products on the market. Our company owns the trademark for both the cake's appearance and the name MARLENKA, and no other producer can produce it in this way. It is thus a true original.

INGREDIENTS

Layered honey cake with caramel cream filling (51 %), topped with walnuts, honey crumb and cocoa strips, gluten-free. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Based on an Armenian family recipe. 

Ingredients: sugar, margarine [palm oil*, water, fully hydrogenated coconut oil, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithins), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)], milk, rice flour, pasteurised egg, glucose syrup, honey 5 %, gluten-free oat fibre, walnuts 1.2 %, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), caramel sugar syrup 0.4 %, butter (milk), psyllium fibre, natural caramel flavour, fat reduced cocoa 0.1 %. May contain traces of other nuts, soy and peanuts. No added preservatives or colours. *From sustainable sources. Allergens are indicated in the ingredients list by underlining.
