A MIRACLE FROM HONEY

MARLENKA® honey cakes are baked according to an old Armenian family recipe that has become legendary. The roots of honey cakes go back to the beginning of the first millennium. Every Armenian family had their own take on the recipe handed down from generation to generation. That’s why we can still create the MIRACLE FROM HONEY from the original recipe according to our secret formula.

The uniqueness of the cake lies not only in its unmistakable delicious taste, but also its characteristic square shape that clearly distinguishes it from similar products on the market. Lemon Honey Cake MARLENKA® 800 g

INGREDIENTS

Layered honey cake with lemon cream filling (52 %), topped with honey crumb. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Based on an Armenian family recipe. 

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, margarine [palm oil*, water, fully hydrogenated coconut oil, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithins), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)], milk, pasteurised egg, glucose syrup, honey 5 %, rapeseed oil, water, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), butter (milk), lemon juice concentrate 0.2 %, lemon oil 0.1 %. May contain traces of nuts, soy and peanuts. No added preservatives or colours. Allergens are indicated in the ingredients list by underlining. *From sustainable sources.
