Honey Cake MARLENKA® is made according to an old Armenian family recipe and its cinnamon variant is also very popular. The same as the original, it is made from the highest quality ingredients, without the use of preservatives or colourings. The characteristic taste is thanks to its fluffy honey dough, delicious caramel cream and a pinch of cinnamon.

Honey nuggets are based on the recipe for honey cake MARLENKA. In one bite, you can enjoy the balanced consistency of smooth dough, milk cream and an attractive hint of cinnamon.

INGREDIENTS

Honey Cake MARLENKA® with Cinnamon 800 g

Layered honey cake with cinnamon cream filling (52 %), topped with walnuts, honey crumb and cocoa strips. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Based on an Armenian family recipe. 

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, milk, margarine [palm oil*, water, fully hydrogenated coconut oil, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithins), salt, acidity regulator (citric acid)], pasteurised egg, glucose syrup, honey 5 %, rapeseed oil, walnuts 1.4 %, water, caramel sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), butter (milk), cinnamon 0.3 %, natural caramel flavour, fat reduced cocoa 0.1 %. May contain traces of other nuts, soy and peanuts. No added preservatives or colours. Allergens are indicated in the ingredients list by underlining. *From sustainable sources. 

Honey Nuggets MARLENKA® with Cinnamon 235 g

Honey and cinnamon pastry nuggets with cinnamon cream filling (15 %), topped with honey crumb. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Based on an Armenian family recipe. 

Ingredients: sugar, milk, wheat flour, margarine [palm oil*, water, fully hydrogenated coconut oil, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin), salt, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid)], pasteurised egg, glucose syrup, honey 4 %, rapeseed oil, walnuts, water, cinnamon 0.4 %, caramel sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), butter (milk), natural caramel flavour, vegetable oil (palm kernel oil*, palm oil* and shea butter oil), dried egg yolk, powdered milk, emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavouring, powdered whey (milk), salt, spirit vinegar, lemon juice concentrate, fat reduced cocoa, lemon oil, vanilla extract.
