MIRACLE OF HONEY

Honey cakes MARLENKA® are made according to an ancient Armenian family recipe and are today already a legend. The roots of the honey cake reach back to the beginning of the first millennium. Each family in Armenia had its own production method, passed down from generation to generation. Thanks to this, we can still produce the MIRACLE OF HONEY according to the original recipe, the exact wording of which is our production secret.

The uniqueness of the cake lies not only in its unmistakable delicious taste but also in its characteristic square shape, which clearly distinguishes it from similar products on the market. Our company owns the trademark for both the cake's appearance and the name MARLENKA, and no other producer can produce it in this way. It is thus a true original.

The Marlenka honey cake is an ideal dessert for any occasion. It is suitable with coffee, tea, as a dessert after a good meal, as a unique and delicious cake for a family celebration.

With the Honey Cake with Walnuts, you simply can't go wrong. It pleases as a sweet gesture during a visit, and thanks to the protective atmosphere in which it is packaged, you can take it with you in the car, perhaps to a cottage, and store it at room temperature until you get a craving for it.

Honey Cake MARLENKA® with Walnuts 800 g

INGREDIENTS

Layered honey cake with caramel cream, decorated with walnuts, honey crumble, and cocoa strips. Confectionery product with a light fat filler (51%). Packed in a protective atmosphere. According to an Armenian family recipe. 

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, milk, margarine [palm fat*, drinking water, fully hydrogenated coconut fat, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin), edible salt, aroma, acidity regulator (citric acid)], egg blend, glucose syrup, honey 5%, rapeseed oil, walnuts 1.4%, drinking water, caramelized sugar syrup 0.4%, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), butter, natural caramel flavor, low-fat cocoa 0.1%, aroma. May contain traces of soy. Without preservatives and dyes. *From sustainable agriculture. Protect from drying in a container.
