MARLENKA® honey cakes are baked according to an old Armenian family recipe that has become legendary. The roots of honey cakes go back to the beginning of the first millennium. Every Armenian family had their own take on the recipe handed down from generation to generation. That’s why we can still create the MIRACLE FROM HONEY from the original recipe according to our secret formula.

Honey Cake MARLENKA® with Walnuts 100 g

INGREDIENTS

Layered honey cake with caramel cream filling (51 %), topped with walnuts, honey crumb, and cocoa strips. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Based on an Armenian family recipe.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, milk, margarine [palm oil*, water, fully hydrogenated coconut oil, rapeseed oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin), salt, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid)], pasteurised egg, glucose syrup, honey 5 %, rapeseed oil, walnuts 1.7 %, water, caramel sugar syrup 0.4 %, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), butter (milk), natural caramel flavour, fat reduced cocoa 0,13 %, flavouring. May contain traces of soy. No added preservatives or colours. Allergens are indicated in the ingredients list by underlining. *From sustainable sources.
