MARLENKA café Crema is a high-quality blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, roasted according to a traditional recipe by experienced Italian masters. In its delicate flavor, you will find hints of nuts, cream, and chocolate. It is suitable for all brewing methods, especially those with plenty of milk.
MARLENKA café Barista is an espresso blend ideal for preparing coffee at home just like in an Italian café. It perfectly combines the smoothness and aromatic diversity of Arabica with the body, bitterness, and strength of Robusta. Thanks to the Italian roasting method, it is not acidic; instead, its earthy flavor stands out, along with a lightly spiced aroma reminiscent of dark chocolate and cocoa. It tastes best prepared without milk but is also suitable for all brewing methods.
Part of our story also includes the pioneer of coffee consumption in the Czech lands, the Armenian Georgius Deodatus Damascenus, who opened the first café in Prague in 1704. We want to follow this tradition and bring you the original MARLENKA® café coffees. The story of our coffee began shortly after the expansion of the Marlenka honey cake. At the beginning, there was an idea of a high-quality coffee blend with specific characteristics that would allow for the preparation of delicious coffee ideally complementing the original flavor of Marlenka cakes. And since, despite great effort, we could not find a ready-made coffee with the required properties, we embarked on development ourselves.
Years of effort have paid off, and now we can offer customers original MARLENKA® coffee with unique characteristics. MARLENKA® café Crema is a well-balanced coffee with a delicate flavor for every occasion. It is a high-quality blend of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, roasted according to a traditional recipe by experienced Italian masters. Thanks to its refined character, it perfectly complements the flavor of MARLENKA® honey cakes.
