Thanks to the Italian roasting style, the coffee is not acidic. Instead, it stands out with an earthy flavor and a subtly spicy aroma reminiscent of dark chocolate and cocoa. It is best enjoyed without milk, yet suitable for all coffee preparation methods.

COFFEE INSPIRED BY TRADITION
Our story also includes the pioneer of coffee consumption in the Czech lands, the Armenian Georgius Deodatus Damascenus, who opened the first coffee shop in Prague in 1704. We want to continue this tradition and bring you the original MARLENKA café Barista coffee.
The story of our coffee began soon after our Marlenka honey cake became popular. We had the idea of quality coffee with specific features that would complement the unique taste of Marlenka cakes. Since, despite our best efforts, we couldn’t find a suitable coffee blend with the qualities we wanted, we decided to develop our own.
